ClickUp Architecture & Templates: UpSys designed a clear workspace structure with dedicated spaces and lists for commercial actions, communication, product management, and admin. Reusable templates were created for campaigns, product launches, and content tasks, enabling process standardization and faster execution.
Automation & Integration: Automations triggered task creation for new campaigns and content initiatives, reducing manual work. Product data was imported from Excel, and processes were established to link product information with campaigns and promotions. Integration with SharePoint was planned to centralize documentation.
Custom Dashboards & Reporting: Dashboards were built for both managers and contributors, providing real-time visibility into tasks, campaigns, and product promotions. Filters and views enabled tracking by product, date, or campaign.
Access & Collaboration Management: Permissions were configured to ensure the right level of access for internal teams and external partners, balancing security and collaboration. Guidance was provided on managing guest/member roles for cost control and flexibility.
