Semaine 1

Decouverte

Nous auditons vos outils, flux de travail et points de friction. Nous parlons a votre equipe, pas seulement a la direction. Vous obtenez une image claire de ce qui est casse et de ce que ca vous coute.

Semaines 2-3

Architecture

Nous concevons le systeme cible : structure de l'espace, vues, carte des automatisations et responsabilites. Vous approuvez le plan avant que nous construisions quoi que ce soit.

Semaines 3-6

Construction

Nous configurons votre espace, construisons les automatisations, mettons en place les tableaux de bord et migrons vos donnees. Points hebdomadaires pour que vous voyiez l'avancement et puissiez corriger le cap.

Semaines 6-8

Formation et transfert

Sessions de formation specifiques par role. Bibliotheque video enregistree. Guides de reference rapide. Nous faisons tourner le systeme en parallele pendant deux semaines, puis transferons le controle total avec 30 jours de support.
