It removed several bottlenecks for our teams. ClickUp is now part of our daily routines. Adoption is strong. Collaboration is clearer and more effective. Recent hires with strong industry experience have integrated quickly, which helped us move faster. The solution continues to improve. Updates are frequent. A good example is time tracking: initially limited, it has matured significantly since the start of the year. We’re now seriously considering using it day to day.

We were looking for a powerful tool to plan our teams and monitor our activity that was user-friendly, dynamic, and easy to use. Our objective and the challenge we faced was to get our staff to adopt a new business management method in which they would become active participants, not only in managing their daily workload, but also as advisors to other team members. This was made possible thanks to ClickUp, with support from the UpSys teams during implementation. We exceeded our objectives thanks to Ramzi and his experience. Today, the team saves more than 6 hours per week on planning and 1 hour per person per week on activity monitoring, or 72 hours per month, without even counting the energy redirected toward lead acquisition.
