ClickUp Consultants for Agencies: 6 Compared (2026)
ClickUp Consultants for Agencies: 6 Compared (2026)
Six firms the market names when an agency goes looking for ClickUp help, compared on what they publish, what they charge and who they are built for. Every figure was checked on the vendor's own site on 1 September 2026 and is dated for that reason: this category changes its packaging often.
The table
Firm | Published price | Engagement length | Best fit | ClickUp partner |
|---|---|---|---|---|
ZenPilot | Blueprint from $5,000. Implementation $15,000 to $30,000. Retainer from $2,000/mo | 4 weeks blueprint, 60 to 90 days implementation | Agencies of 5+ that want the most-travelled path and a money-back guarantee on the design phase | Yes, describes itself as ClickUp's highest-rated solutions partner |
ProcessDriven | $1,797 self-study course, one-off | Self-paced | 3 to 50 person teams that want to build it themselves, and teams not certain they are staying on ClickUp | Not ClickUp-only, also covers SmartSuite and Notion |
Simpletivity | None published | Not stated | Owners who want one adviser across a whole tool stack rather than a build team | Not stated |
Boost My Flow | None published. Audit billed, credited against a full engagement | Not stated | French-speaking SMEs and agencies | Yes, ClickUp Verified Consultant, Montpellier |
ConsultEvo | None published | Not stated | Operations teams wanting ClickUp plus Zapier, Make, HubSpot and AI agents in one build | Yes, verified ClickUp solutions partner |
UpSys | None published on the site. A recent scoped audit was invoiced at $1,500 | 2 weeks audit, 3 to 6 weeks a scoped build | Agencies of 10 to 50 wanting a diagnosis first and a measured target, in English or French | Yes, ClickUp Verified Consultant |
Four of six publish nothing. That is the state of the category, and it is why a buyer trying to build a budget has to read a page like this one instead of a rate card.
The honest row
ZenPilot has run more than 3,100 ClickUp implementations since 2018. Nobody else in this list is close, and this firm is not close.
Volume is worth something real. A team that has built the same thing three thousand times has a playbook, a delivery bench and a set of defaults that work without being rediscovered. Their published outcome averages are 27 percent team capacity gain and 29 percent utilisation increase, and they put a money-back guarantee on the blueprint phase, which is a stronger commitment than anyone else here makes.
The counter is engagement shape rather than volume. A $20,000 to $35,000 programme over three to six months is the right purchase for an agency rebuilding everything at once with the budget to do it. It is the wrong purchase for an agency whose actual problem is one manual process eating two days a month, which is what most 10 to 50 person agencies turn out to have when the workspace is inspected. That job is a two-week diagnosis and a three-week build, and buying a full programme to solve it wastes most of the fee.
Both things are true at the same time, and the choice is about which problem is being bought against.
Four engagement shapes, and which one to buy
The price question is downstream of this one. Every firm above sells at least one of these, and buying the wrong shape is more expensive than paying too much for the right one.
A diagnosis. Two to four weeks, $1,500 to $5,000, and the deliverable is a report with a fix order rather than a workspace. Buy it when nobody can name what is actually wrong, when a rebuild is being considered and the budget needs justifying, or when the internal team can execute a plan but cannot write one. What a ClickUp audit includes sets out what should come back.
A full rebuild. Eight to twelve weeks, $15,000 to $30,000. Hierarchy, templates, automations, dashboards, migration and training. Buy it when the workspace is beyond repair, when a merger or a tool migration forces a fresh start, or when the agency is scaling past the point where the current structure holds.
A scoped automation build. Three to six weeks, low thousands. One named process taken end to end. Buy it when the pain has a name and a duration: monthly billing, project intake, the weekly report. This is the shape with the fastest measurable payback, because the thing it removes was timed before it started.
A template or a course. $19 to $1,797. Buy it under about ten people, or when the team has time and no budget. ProcessDriven's course is the most complete product in this bracket and it is tool-agnostic, which matters if ClickUp is not locked in.
What to check before signing
Does the audit fee credit against the build? Two firms above do it explicitly. It is common enough to ask for.
Fixed price or hourly? Fixed transfers the estimate risk to the consultant, which is where it belongs. An hourly engagement that runs out of hours mid-migration leaves the workspace worse than it started.
Who does the work? On a volume implementation the person on the sales call is rarely the person in the workspace. That is not a problem in itself, and it is worth knowing before the kickoff.
Is training in scope? The line most often cut by a buyer trying to hit a number, and the one that decides whether the build survives the quarter. Getting a team to actually use ClickUp covers what happens when it is not.
What language does delivery happen in? For a French-speaking team this narrows the list to two or three fast, and running a rebuild in a second language costs adoption.
Where each one comes from
ZenPilot grew out of agency operations consulting and the ClickUp practice came after, which is why their material is written for agency owners rather than for ClickUp administrators.
ProcessDriven is a training business first. The output is a person who can build systems, not a workspace someone else built, and it supports SmartSuite and Notion alongside ClickUp.
Simpletivity is a single-adviser practice with a long-running productivity channel behind it, and the scope is the whole tool stack rather than one platform.
Boost My Flow is a Montpellier-based ClickUp Verified Consultant working in French, with the audit-credited-against-the-engagement model.
ConsultEvo is a verified solutions partner whose scope stretches past ClickUp into Zapier, Make, HubSpot and custom AI agents, which suits a build where the tool has to talk to four other systems.
UpSys works with agencies of 10 to 50 in English and French, sells the diagnosis before the build, and targets a named process with a measured baseline rather than a whole-workspace programme.
Questions
Is a ClickUp partner badge worth anything? It confirms the firm passed ClickUp's verification and has support channels a customer does not. It says nothing about whether they have built for an agency, which is the thing that matters.
Why does almost nobody publish prices? Because the work does vary by workspace size and complexity, and because a published number gets compared without the scope attached. The consequence is a buyer with no budget anchor, which is what what a ClickUp consultant costs exists to fix.
Can a bigger firm handle a small agency? Yes, and the pricing floor is the constraint. A $5,000 minimum on a diagnosis is a large purchase for a 12-person agency and a rounding error for a 60-person one.
What about doing nothing? A legitimate answer, and the right one when the workspace works and the complaint is aesthetic. The test is whether anyone can name a repeating task that takes hours and should take minutes. If nobody can, there is nothing to buy yet.
Next
The comparison above is the market as it publishes itself. For what a specific workspace actually needs, a ClickUp audit produces the fix order in two weeks and prices any build against it, and the ClickUp consulting services page sets out the four engagement shapes in detail.
