I'm Melanie, founder of BrainWaves Consulting, a grant strategy and writing business for bio/med tech companies. I found UpSys through Ramzi's terrific YouTube channel when I was looking for help turning ClickUp into a real OS for my business. Before working with UpSys, I had the pieces of a system, but they mostly existed in my mind. Nothing was organized in a way that made client delivery feel clear, repeatable, or easy to manage. I was juggling a lot across projects, deadlines, client communications, and internal tasks. More than a well-designed, functional space, I also have a strong scaffold to build out company workflows as we continue to scale. The team went above and beyond with the project, from setting up automations to creating SOPs and walk-through videos; it really felt like white-glove service. I've already saved hours on getting new hires up to speed because the onboarding/training materials are all in place. The grant writing process is also much clearer for my clients. They can see what is needed, what is missing, and what comes next, which has saved me time by reducing back-and-forth emails and helping prevent missing items from slowing down the process. I took time to step back before writing this to fully assess both the solution and how it was implemented. Today, I can say I'm very satisfied. The solution clearly meets our needs. It removed several bottlenecks for our teams. ClickUp is now part of our daily routines. Adoption is strong. Collaboration is clearer and more effective. Recent hires with strong industry experience have integrated quickly, which helped us move faster. The solution continues to improve. Updates are frequent. A good example is time tracking: initially limited, it has matured significantly since the start of the year. We're now seriously considering using it day to day.

We were looking for a powerful tool to plan our teams and monitor our activity that was user-friendly, dynamic, and easy to use. Our objective and the challenge we faced was to get our staff to adopt a new business management method in which they would become active participants, not only in managing their daily workload, but also as advisors to other team members. This was made possible thanks to ClickUp, with support from the UpSys teams during implementation. We exceeded our objectives thanks to Ramzi and his experience. Today, the team saves more than 6 hours per week on planning and 1 hour per person per week on activity monitoring, or 72 hours per month, without even counting the energy redirected toward lead acquisition.
