A good example is time tracking: initially limited, it has matured significantly since the start of the year. We’re now seriously considering using it day to day.

We were looking for a powerful tool to plan our teams and monitor our activity that was user-friendly, dynamic, and easy to use. Our objective and the challenge we faced was to get our staff to adopt a new business management method in which they would become active participants, not only in managing their daily workload, but also as advisors to other team members.
