Do I need a paid ClickUp plan?
The courses run on ClickUp's free plan. Agency Master is the exception: its automations and its capacity view need ClickUp Business.
What if it does not work for my team?

Course or template?
A template is a structure to import, about thirty minutes of setup. A course is that structure plus the reasoning behind it, so the next change does not need a consultant.
