GT Company saves about 6 hours a week by standardising reporting on one dashboard
Executive Summary
GT Company sells across several channels at once: e-commerce, marketplaces and its own product launches. Each channel was tracked in a different system, and product and pricing data sat in Excel where nobody could see it against a campaign.
UpSys built one ClickUp architecture with reusable campaign templates, automations and dashboards per audience. Reporting time dropped by over 80 percent, which is about 6 hours a week back.
The Challenge
Commercial work happened in 3 places and reported from none of them. Anyone who wanted the state of a campaign across channels rebuilt the picture by hand.
E-commerce, marketplace and product launch actions were tracked in fragmented systems, with no shared standard between them.
PR, social media and newsletter planning ran on inconsistent workflows and scattered lists.
Product and pricing data sat in Excel, which made promotions, price consistency and margins hard to check.
Access rules for internal teams and external partners were unclear, which slowed both down.
With no automation, the same setup work was repeated for every campaign.
The Solution
One workspace structure covers commercial actions, communication, product management and admin, and every recurring campaign type starts from a template.
Architecture and templates. Dedicated spaces and lists per area, with reusable templates for campaigns, product launches and content tasks.
Automations. New campaigns and content initiatives create their own task trees rather than being assembled by hand.
Product data, centralized. Product information was imported from Excel and linked to the campaigns and promotions that use it.
Dashboards for managers and contributors. Real-time views of tasks, campaigns and promotions, filterable by product, date or campaign.
Access management. Permissions were set per audience so internal teams and external partners each see their own scope, with guidance on guest and member roles to hold the license cost down.
The Results
Reusable templates standardize campaigns and product launches, so execution starts from a known baseline instead of a blank list. Real-time dashboards replaced manual tracking and cut reporting time by over 80 percent, about 6 hours a week.
All product and pricing data is centralized and linked to the campaigns and promotions it belongs to. Internal teams and external partners now work in the same system with access scoped to each.

ClickUp got built organically. Now nobody can find anything.
