What a ClickUp implementation partner is on the hook for

A freelancer configures what you ask for. A partner is answerable for whether the workspace is still in use a year later.

01

You approve the structure before we build it

Space against folder, list against task, custom field against tag. We have made the wrong call often enough across 30+ agency workspaces to know which one survives a year of hiring.

02

The build runs on the work you sell

Statuses, automations, templates and dashboards configured on the work you actually sell, not on a demo project. You see it running on a live client before we hand it over.

03

Adoption is where most implementations fail

Role-specific training, recorded for the next hire, and SOPs living inside the tasks they apply to. We measure 93% adoption at 90 days because the rollout is designed, not hoped for.

04

Most agencies pay for one tier too many

Which tier your team actually needs, where the seats are wasted, and the partner discount on the renewal. Most agencies are paying for one tier above what they use.

From audit to a workspace your team owns in 4 to 8 weeks

  1. We review the workspace you have, interview the people using it, and map the gap between how you work and how the tool is configured. You get a prioritized fix list.

  2. We design the target workspace, the automation map and the dashboard set. You approve the blueprint before anything is built.

  3. We configure the workspace, ship the automations, stand up the dashboards. A weekly check-in, so nothing lands as a surprise.

  4. Role-specific live training, a recorded video library, the SOPs, and 30 days of post-launch Slack support. Your team owns the system from day one.

What runs without you.

The structure holds when you double
Naming, spaces and automation patterns taken from 50 agency builds that are still running.
New hires stop asking where things are
Every space, automation and field explained in a doc they open before they ask anyone.
The person who built it answers
30 days of Slack support after handoff, then optional monthly office hours. No account manager in between.

Client testimonials

I'm Melanie, founder of BrainWaves Consulting, a grant strategy and writing business for bio/med tech companies. I found UpSys through Ramzi's terrific YouTube channel when I was looking for help turning ClickUp into a real OS for my business. Before working with UpSys, I had the pieces of a system, but they mostly existed in my mind. Nothing was organized in a way that made client delivery feel clear, repeatable, or easy to manage. I was juggling a lot across projects, deadlines, client communications, and internal tasks. I knew ClickUp could support the way I work, but I did not have the time or deep expertise to build it properly myself and have it done right the first time. Working with Anja and Ramzi at UpSys helped me translate the workflow that lived in my mind into a ClickUp space that is structured and intuitive. More than a well-designed, functional space, I also have a strong scaffold to build out company workflows as we continue to scale. The team went above and beyond with the project, from setting up automations to creating SOPs and walk-through videos; it really felt like white-glove service. I've already saved hours on getting new hires up to speed because the onboarding/training materials are all in place. The grant writing process is also much clearer for my clients. They can see what is needed, what is missing, and what comes next, which has saved me time by reducing back-and-forth emails and helping prevent missing items from slowing down the process. UpSys did a great job translating the way my business actually works into a ClickUp system I can use every day. Anja was a joy to work with and was always ready to answer questions and make any tweaks to the setup. I would absolutely recommend them to any service-based business owner who wants more clarity, organization, and ease in their operations!

We hired UpSys to migrate our entire workflow from monday.com to ClickUp, including recreating about 250 complex Make automations. Ramzi was brilliant, delivering fast, high-quality work with absolutely zero disruption to our business. I would definitely work with them again and highly recommend UpSys for projects of any size.

I took time to step back before writing this to fully assess both the solution and how it was implemented. Today, I can say I'm very satisfied. The solution clearly meets our needs. It removed several bottlenecks for our teams. ClickUp is now part of our daily routines. Adoption is strong. Collaboration is clearer and more effective. Recent hires with strong industry experience have integrated quickly, which helped us move faster. The solution continues to improve. Updates are frequent. A good example is time tracking: initially limited, it has matured significantly since the start of the year. We're now seriously considering using it day to day.

We were looking for a powerful tool to plan our teams and monitor our activity that was user-friendly, dynamic, and easy to use. Our objective and the challenge we faced was to get our staff to adopt a new business management method in which they would become active participants, not only in managing their daily workload, but also as advisors to other team members. This was made possible thanks to ClickUp, with support from the UpSys teams during implementation. We exceeded our objectives thanks to Ramzi and his experience. Today, the team saves more than 6 hours per week on planning and 1 hour per person per week on activity monitoring, or 72 hours per month, without even counting the energy redirected toward lead acquisition. A great success story for the company in 2025, so much so that we've decided to extend the partnership until 2026. Thank you to Ramzi and the entire team.

UpSys helped us improve our system and actually make the transition to ClickUp, which we had been trying to do for a long time. They delivered what we were looking for, were flexible and supportive, and fixed a lot of problems and complexities from previous consultants. Overall, we're very happy with the work provided and feel it was good value. We appreciate Ramzi and his help!

The team at UpSys were fantastic to work with. They quickly identified our needs during the discovery call, coordinated with the necessary team members to capture the full scope of the project, and then designed and implemented a project management system tailored to our company. True professionals. We look forward to continuing our partnership with them in the future!

Common questions

What makes you a ClickUp implementation partner rather than a freelancer?
We hold verified ClickUp consultant status, which ClickUp grants only to consultancies with proven workspace builds and ongoing client work, and re-checks annually. In practice the difference is scope and liability. A freelancer configures the thing you asked for. We are answerable for whether your team is still using it a year later.
Do you work with agencies outside France?
Yes. Delivery runs in French or English, and we work across European and North American hours. Contracts are invoiced in euros or dollars. The French pages exist because most of our agency work is French-speaking, not because the delivery is limited to one country.
What does an implementation cost?
An audit and a focused architecture pass starts at $8,000. A full build with the automations, the dashboards, the training and the adoption work is typically $15,000 to $35,000. Team size and the number of tools decide where in the band you land, and the price is fixed before we start.
Can you fix the workspace we already have?
Often yes. About half of our engagements start with an existing workspace. We audit what works, keep it, and replace only what is blocking adoption. Tearing down a workspace your team has built habits around is the wrong move. The exception is a structure that is itself the problem, and the audit says which one you have.
Does going through a partner change what we pay ClickUp?
It can. We advise on the tier your usage actually needs. It is usually one below the one you are on, and a partner discount applies at renewal. Our own pricing does not depend on which plan you land on, so the advice is not sold to you.
What if our team is not comfortable with ClickUp?
That is the usual starting point. Adoption is the part most implementations underweight. Training is role-specific and the SOPs live inside the tasks they apply to. Then 2 weeks of parallel support, so people ask questions in real time before we hand over the keys.
